2009 Suzuki Equator

For 2009, Suzuki unveils the Equator, its first pickup truck entry in the North American market.

Based on the Nissan Frontier, the Equator comes only in Crew Cab configuration. It uses a 4.0-litre V6 with five-speed automatic transmission and is four-wheel drive. It comes in a single JX trim line.

Standard features include 17-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, power windows with driver's auto-down, power locks with keyless entry, CD/MP3 stereo, cruise control, tilt wheel, map lights, floor mats, vanity mirrors, cloth seats, front centre armrest with storage compartment, rear under-seat storage with cargo net, heated mirrors, variable intermittent wipers, chrome rear bumper, active front head restraints, and tire pressure monitoring system.
