Pontiac Solstice 2006-2009Change

loved it from day 1... only used during summer months and stored during the winter.. no issues with ride or performance..

This is a very fun car to drive especially when the top is down, and I find it great on gas. I've never had a problem with the car since day one of purchase.The car has been well maintained.
I'm just sad to have to let it go....

I have had this car for 5 years now (never winter driven) and I still love it. The styling is unmatched even today. The interior was an afterthought by GM it seems, but that just adds to the true quirky roadster appeal I think. Out of the box, the GXP 2.0L turbo was excellent and after a few modifications (exhaust, K&N, Westers Custom Tune) the car is a little rocket now. The factory suspension is adequate but should have been upgraded more than it was for the GXP models and performance tires should have been included. The car is excellent on long journeys but you need to pack light. The monsoon stereo system is very good as well for a factory radio. Hopefully I will have many more summers to enjoy this little car.

This is a beautiful well made quality car. It's beautiful exterior european styling is both breathtaking, and eye catching. The handleing, and performance of this five speed convertablehas good pep , and great fuel economy for a 4 cylinder is and is very reliable. The interior styling is very comfortable with an amazing 7 speaker stereo system. The only minor flaw about the interior design is the cup holders are inconveniently placed. This car is a very satisfying driving experience, and recommend this car to anyone.

This car is a real beauty, never had any trouble with it and it is a real head turner. Love the car, love to keep it, but like all good things...

Amazing vehicle! I own a 2007 Solstice with 50,000 kilometers on it, never driven past October or before May.

Beautiful styling, excellent performance and impeccable design! I don't know why General Motors discontinued manufacturing this little gem!

The Pontiac Solstice's exterior design was ahead of it's time. However the internal components that make a driver fall in love with a car were not made up to par.
After a long ride a driver might find that their backs have become stiff. The interior design is very basic and unappealing.What's unfortunate is the performance one would expect from a vehicle that looks like it would run like a bullet.It doesn't match up to the expectations of a performance vehicle. The interior storage of the vehicle is vitually non-existent. All in all, the Solstice is a car that one can have fun with bombing around the city. It certainly falls shy of it's competitiors.

Plays the sports car role well. Does not have too many luxuries, so don't expect a Mercedes or BMW or Porsche experience.

However - it has all the power you need, all the handling you need, and keeps up with many fast, more expensive cars! At the track, I hear comments like 'man that's fast' as I keep up with Porsches.

Only complaint - suspension was poorly designed, and they should have selected better tires. Change those two components and you are easily in Porsche territory for handling!
