Good Car
While sales of big SUVs continue to sag, crossovers just keep rolling. The smallest utes are some of the biggest growers, and it's vehicles like the Hyundai Tucson that are the reason why.
The Tucson's been a strong seller since its 2010 model-year redesign, when it lost an underwhelming persona and took on Hyundai's daring new design theme. It gambled on good looks, but it reached for fuel-economy heights, too, betting that gas prices would continue to rise. Both were well-placed and well-timed.
It's four years old now, but the Tucson still looks dramatic and interesting. We're still not sure exactly what's "Tucson" about its urbane new shape, but there's so much surfacing and detailing on its body...wait, what were we saying? It's attractive still, and grabs more attention than a similarly sized Nissan
